液体燃料及び酸化剤を用いて発電する燃料電池と、

前記液体燃料を格納する燃料タンクと、

前記カートリッジ装着部に装着されたカートリッジの種類を検知するカートリッジ検知手段と、

検知されたカートリッジの種類に応じて、前記経路を制御する経路制御手段と、

を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。

1.   A fuel cell system, comprising:

                a fuel cell for generating electricity with[n3]  liquid fuel and oxidant;

                a fuel tank for[n4]  storing the liquid fuel;

                a first path[n5]  for providing the liquid fuel from the fuel tank to the fuel cell;

                a cartridge mounting unit in which a plurality of kinds of cartridge are replaceable;

                a second path providing content discharged from the cartridge to the fuel cell;

                cartridge detecting means for detecting a kind of cartridge mounted in the cartridge mounting portion; and

                path control means for controlling the paths according to the kind of detected cartridge.

【請求項２】

前記経路制御手段は、前記カートリッジから吐出される液体燃料を前記燃料タンクに供給する経路に制御する[n6] とともに、前記燃料電池からの排出物[n7] を前記燃料タンクに回収[SN8] することを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池システム。

請求項２の「制御する」の目的語は、請求項１から考えると、「経路」であると解されるが、請求項２を文言通り読むと、「液体燃料」が目的語となる。つまり、日本語で「制御する」は、ときどき目的語を用いずに使用することがあるが、英語"control"では、目的語を必要とする。そのため、不明確になることが多い。不明な場合は、クライアントに確認すること！

Description of the Prefered Embodiments[SN1] 

In the following, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.  FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an electronic shopping system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
